Terk's Acres

Sharon and Dudley TerKeurst have been raising award winning goats for the past 25 years on green pastures in North West St. Johns county.  Their herd of 28 Alpine dairy goats has produced many gallons of hormone and antibiotic free raw goat milk.  Sharon and her family preserve the traditional art of cheese making and also share a personal relationship with  each of their goats.  They make Cheddar, Feta, and fresh Chevre cheeses. Their beautiful oak draped home farm has also been an educational host to area 4-H children for the last 20 years.  In 2006 Sharon was recognized as one of the three best 4-H leaders in the state for providing valuable lessons with livestock. You can visit their web site, e-mail, phone, or visit with them personally at the Old City Farmers Market, Saturdays, at the St. Augustine Amphitheater.

*Florida State Law requires all raw milk cheeses/ products that are aged less than 60 days are labeled “for pet consumption only”.
